Anthony Caradec was raised in the world of fine wine, between the vineyards of Château d’Yquem and the cellars of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. His earliest memories include the quiet clink of crystal glasses and the distinct aromas of Burgundy’s terroir.
He went on to work at some of the world’s top restaurants—Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, Le Bernardin in New York, and even spent time walking the vineyards with the Henschke family in Australia. These experiences shaped his belief that wine and sake education should be open to all, not reserved for the elite.
