 Entry Criteria

This program is ideal for:

  • Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related fields
  • Professionals working in restaurants, hotels, beverage retail, or F&B management
  • Passionate individuals with prior experience or training in wine, sake, or spirits
  • Candidates with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the beverage or hospitality industry

Note: Applicants without a bachelor’s degree may be considered based on relevant professional experience.

Course Description

  • Duration: 4 months (320 hours) +4 months of internship
  • Intake: 1 per year
  • Week day: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Wine, Sake & Spirit Tasted: over 500
  • Level: Professional, Expert

Examination & Assessment Criteria

  • Written Examination split in 3 credits: 60% Composed of 50 multiple-choice questions and 5 open-ended questions assessing theoretical knowledge from all chapters.
  • Tasting Evaluation: 40% Practical tasting session assessing students’ ability to analyze and describe wines using professional tasting techniques.
