Course Description
- Duration: 4 months (320 hours) +4 months of internship
- Intake: 1 per year
- Week day: Monday to Friday
- Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Examination & Assessment Criteria
- Written Examination split in 3 credits: 60% Composed of 50 multiple-choice questions and 5 open-ended questions assessing theoretical knowledge from all chapters.
- Tasting Evaluation: 40% Practical tasting session assessing students’ ability to analyze and describe wines using professional tasting techniques.
