chlorophyll, mint, hyacinth, and fennel seed aromas. A scent of red fruit dominates (redcurrant, raspberry). Hints of cocoa beans and liquorice appear with aeration
Palate:
Displaying fresh red fruit and mint flavours, the wine is medium-bodied with a very long aftertaste. This
Petit Cheval that is extremely well-balanced and delicate.

Grilled or roasted beef rib eye with herbs (rosemary, thyme) and coarse salt — the wine’s tannins and savoury tones balance the richness.
