Examination & Assessment Criteria

  • Written Examination: 60% Composed of 50 multiple-choice questions and 5 open-ended questions assessing theoretical knowledge from all chapters.
  • Sake Tasting Evaluation: 40% Practical tasting session assessing students’ ability to analyze and describe sakes using professional tasting techniques.

70–79% Merit
60–69% Pass
