The FSS Advanced program is a comprehensive 3-day course designed for individuals who want to build a strong and practical understanding of the world of wines. Whether you are planning a career as a sommelier, working in hospitality services, or simply passionate about wine, this program provides the essential knowledge and skills to excel.
Course Description

- Week end: 3 Sundays 2,9,16 August
- Week end: 3 Saturdays 17,24,31 October
- Week day: 18-20 November / 2-4 December
- Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Examination & Assessment Criteria
- Written Examination: 60% Composed of 50 multiple-choice questions and 5 open-ended questions assessing theoretical knowledge from all chapters.
- Wine Tasting Evaluation: 40% Practical tasting session assessing students’ ability to analyze and describe wines using professional tasting techniques.
